This site was developed by Association „Club Sportiv Negru 2018 Cluj-Napoca" (the "Site Administrator" or "Association") to present the activities of the 2018 Negru children's team and to collect donations, sponsorships and tax redirections (Form 230) to support the children's sports activities.
These terms and conditions describe how to use the site 2018negru.ro and its integrated online donation modules.
This site and all related services are owned and operated by the Site Administrator. Please read this document carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not access or use this site and its services.
These terms and conditions may be modified. It is your responsibility to access and verify this document when you use this site. The latest version will define site use from publication until the next change.
All content on this site is protected by Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights; all rights reserved.
By using this site and related services you may donate to the 2018 Negru team activities. For this purpose, your personal data (name, email, phone number, donation amount) will be processed.

The Site Administrator is responsible for the accuracy of information about the association and its activities.
Donations through this site are processed via NETOPIA Payments (Link2Pay), an authorized payment processor with whom the Site Administrator has a contract.
Payments are secure, in line with international data security protocols. Card data is processed on the payment processor's secure page. The Site Administrator does not store or process card data.

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Upon request, the Association may issue supporting documents for donations received.
The Site Administrator commits to using donations exclusively for the stated purpose: supporting the sports activities of the children in Grupa 2018, including but not limited to:
The Association commits to transparency in the use of funds.
The online donation module offers the option for donors to cover the transaction fees (estimated at 3% of the donation). If the donor opts to cover fees, the total payment increases accordingly so that 100% of the donation reaches the Association. Otherwise, fees are borne by the Association.
When a donation is made through this site, it generates a transaction on your card that is final and undisputable, except when unauthorized use by someone other than the cardholder is proven. In such cases, notify your bank and follow their procedure.
The site offers the possibility to complete Form 230 to redirect 3.5% of income tax to the Association „Club Sportiv Negru 2018 Cluj-Napoca", in accordance with current legislation (OUG 79/2017).
Completing the form is free and involves no additional cost for the taxpayer. Completed forms will be submitted by the Association periodically via e-guvernare.ro or directly to ANAF.
Personal data collected through Form 230 is used exclusively for submitting the form to ANAF and is protected under the Data protection policy.
Companies may sponsor the 2018 Negru team by directing up to 20% of profit tax (or income tax, depending on the company) under Law no. 32/1994 on sponsorship. Sponsorship involves no additional cost for the company. A sponsorship contract is required. For details, see the sponsorship section on the main page or contact us.
